Mary Kate Kennedy, CSA, CIRS-A - Certified Senior Advisor and Certified Information & Resource Specialist in Aging; Bachelors degree in Human Services with a specialization in Gerontology. Over 20 years experience in the delivery of home health nursing and therapy services, coordinating care, equipment needs and other provider resources to and from home and facilities.

Since 1990, I have had the privilege of working with hundreds of families who cared for their loved ones at home.  As director of a prominent home health care nursing agency, I spent many years helping families during some of the most difficult times of their lives.

We all want only the best for our loved ones. For over 20 years, I have worked to insure families receive the highest standards of care and services possible.

To do that, I had to listen carefully, respect their wishes and know the right resources to fit their needs.

I have served my community for the past six (6) years as the Chairperson of the Camden County Board of Senior and Disabled Services' Advisory Board, (DCAB) and voting member since 1998. Together with a panel of consumers, professionals, and county staff, our work is to develop and evaluate programs and services, providing advocacy and support for policy changes when necessary in our community and state. With the advent of the new Camden County Aging and Disabled Resource Center in 2010, my work continues as the newly appointed advisory board chairperson, and staunch advocate for seniors and adults with disabilities.

Patty is certified as a Clinical Nurse Specialist and has over 30 years experience as a nurse in adult health, chronic illness, and cancer care. As an assistant professor of nursing, she stays up to date on the latest treatments, medications and patient teaching methods.

Joanne Cole, RN, Mental Health Specialist

Joanne's extensive clinical practice has been focused in the field of mental health and addiction. She provides expert counseling, interventions and support for those dealing with depression, dementia, addiction or relationship issues.

Michael Corman, Esq.

Michael's experience in senior care and advocacy comes from his work as an attorney in the Office of the Camden County Surrogate.  Michael has spent many years serving the local community with important legal guidance in the areas of advance directives, living wills, powers of attorney and guardianship issues. He is also experienced in the field of disabilities.

Boyd Thomas Bicknell, Jr.

Tom is a retired businessman and an expert at managing the medical and financial affairs for his family. He has successfully met the many challenges families face in the complex health care system, such as obtaining Medicare and Medicaid services and correcting inaccurate health care charges. Tom provides invaluable insight and know-how for our clients.
